Busting myths about real estate

Today's episode is a very short conversation about myth busting Real estate perception. There so many people that earn a real estate license or dream to get a real estate license and think that business is just going to come by osmosis. Trust me when I say it's going to take a minimum of 3 to 5 years for things to just flow your way. Work the hours or spend the money is the best advice I can give you. I was lucky enough to start on a strong team with an amazing mentor. My suggestion is take every class you can, treat this as a career not a job, and be willing to commit to the hours.
