Every home is perfect for someone. But is it perfect for YOU? Our mission is to help you discover whether the house you're thinking about buying is what it appears to be on the surface. We all know people who bought their "dream home" and then found out it needed major, unexpected repairs. We do our best to ferret out things that you may not expect so your purchase leaves you happy and as stress-free as possible. Sellers: Wouldn't you like to know what your buyer's inspector will say in advance? Want to head off last-minute allowances and repair things on your schedule? You need us! We also handle multi-family properties. We are licensed, insured, and rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau of Hampton Roads, VA..

Antwain Britt

October 19, 2016

This week's podcast was with Antwain Britt - retired former Mixed Martial Arts fighter.  He went from 320 pounds to being a UFC Strikeforce fighter!

He is also known as Juggernaut - the guy who did first round knockouts in all his amateur fights.

How does being a MMA fighter relate to purchasing your first home?  It takes commitment and even sacrifice if you want to reach whatever goal you are trying to achieve.

Busting myths about real estate

September 29, 2016

Today's episode is a very short conversation about myth busting Real estate perception. There so many people that earn a real estate license or dream to get a real estate license and think that business is just going to come by osmosis. Trust me when I say it's going to take a minimum of 3 to 5 years for things to just flow your way. Work the hours or spend the money is the best advice I can give you. I was lucky enough to start on a strong team with an amazing mentor. My suggestion is take every class you can, treat this as a career not a job, and be willing to commit to the hours.
