Hi Alison, I’m not the public, but I listened to your podcast out of curiosity. As a realtor, I am bumping into a lot of buyers under $250,000 this spring and they are serious, but many are working on credit to get themselves into a ready position to buy. I had a series of open houses at a house in Norfolk March to April and attracted many guests to my Open Houses. BTW, I am developing a website that I hope will become an Open House central for all of Hampton Roads and allow agents & For Sale by Owners to post their upcoming open houses. Hopefully with some SEO cultivation and other marketing methods, it will be THE best place to check out OPen Houses in our area!!
